Global Health Governance Frameworks
About the Project
This aspect of my scholarship takes a long view on the interrelationship between global and national health governance frameworks with the aim to shift the agenda towards the creation of an intermediate level of health governance at the regional level to enhance the capabilities of national health systems to protect their populace against future health threats. This program of research is the basis for a SSHRC Explore Grant secured in 2022. Other research grants for long-term research in this area of scholarship are being sought with a network of multi-disciplinary scholars.
